I’ve had a very frustrating experience with New Spa Castle in Glen Cove. The last 3 times I scheduled a massage, each time confirming my appointment in advance, I arrived on time only to be told that the therapist was unavailable or “busy.” It’s extremely disappointing to take the time to book, plan, and show up as agreed, only for the appointment not to be honored.
