i got a massage on my birthday march 11 the amenities they offer are a bonus however upon arrival the staff was in disarray she just asked if we had an appointment and took me back didn’t ask my name or tell me what service i was getting didn’t introduce me to my therapist nothing just rushed then she comes INTO the room during my service to tell the therapist and said she forgot to then she asks me my focus areas about 30 minutes into the massage (not my massage therapist the lady who walked in) my massage therapist also ke... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would! I didn't even make the appointment. I called to ask about the table shower, and was told it was broken. I explained that was ok, I still would like to come for a massage. The lady told me the availability. I asked if they had any other time available, this lady literally started yelling at me on the phone! I had to hang up before I began yelling back!!! If this is what I receive on the phone, I can't imagine what it would be like in person. Hard pass!
If you are looking for relaxation this is not the place to go. You get what you pay for, if you want a quick massage and you are okay with some roughness,rushed with interruptions I guess is okay. The massage felt good but ...... Just an observation the bathroom was filthy dirty they should at least provide disposable paper shoes because you will need to remove your shoes and leave them at the reception area and please warm up the oil.
I had some bad back pain and the massage I got helped a great deal. I enjoyed my time and was fairly priced.
