hello,BBB? I stopped by this shop because my car window(electric) went up and down, but I couldn't get it to completely close I asked if they could help me out. One, then another came out and BOTH OF THEM GRABBED A HOLD OF THE WINDOW AND STARTED STRONGARMING IT!!! And not only did they pull it of the track,they bent the regulator so badly it was jammed into the door lock, rendering that useless also! Awesome SERVICE and Honest Dude I brought my car to the shop just for an assessment then he drove my Honda Accord 1996, as he drive it he determines the problems and he quoted me a price that I cannot let go, so without 2nd opinion I left my car there and He drove me to my place. He even offered me a SERVICE CAR. What an awesome dude. I will follow up this review tomorrow as soon as i get my car back. Thanks Duy.
Two thumbs up! Smart service and very reasonable prices. I've been here several times for various things on my 11-year-old toyota, and the owner is a dream mechanic. He's helpful and friendly, and he gives me really honest assessments of whether something needs to be fixed or if it can safely wait a few months. Twice he has waved me away and told me that I don't need to fix something just yet, that I can wait a couple of months to save money.
