NSW Strata have managed the BMC at our block for a number of years and the manager is Warwick Lai. In addition to smoothly arranging and chairing the AGM, Warwick is very knowledgeable and effective in dealing with any issues that arise from time to time.
As the committee representative for a 24 unit complex I am in contact with Belinda Faith on a regular basis. Belinda has been our strata manager since October 2022 having been appointed following the retirement of our previous manager of many years. Belinda had large shoes to fill and has done so admirably. Joanne from NSW strata management seems like she needs some training. Poor people skills, sends out lousy apprentice tradies, and always delayed with email responses. (We also don’t appreciate you smoking on onsite meetings). Someone may need to give her back her juggling balls.
