He cited the pros and cons of every situation. He is so dependable and work even if he's on leave or already at the airport. Our apartment were in good hand with him...
our strata manager Peter Stenz was a huge help when we had a strata issue that needed to be resolved within a week. He guided us through the process, provided clear instructions, and was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. NSW Strata Management is really customer service oriented and very professional. Our building Strata manager Mr. SACHIN SHARMA, is highly efficient who communicate with us regularly and address our building issue immediately no matter its Monday or Friday, Morningor Late afternoon. Even in his absence he allocate his office colleagues to address any building related issue. Having Sachin as our strata manager, we managed to save several thousands of dollars over 2024-2025.
