Dear All Our strata had a committee meeting with Liam Wilson, who agreed to be the delegated chairperson. What a pleasant experience to have Liam conduct the meeting. He was professional, unbiased and extremely knowledgeable of strata rules. The meeting proceeded to cover the full agenda with attendees given the opportunity to speak on each motion. A person who would obviously give his best every time.
Ms. Jessica Oh is truly an amazing property manager — always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Managing strata matters can be so complicated and stressful, but she always handles everything quickly and efficiently, turning complexity into simplicity.
