I honestly thought I'd be leaving a five star review because purchasing my tractor from this dealership was smooth and easy. Finace was a breeze, helpful and friendly. While delivery wasn't available, I sent my own rollback to pick up my tractor, this is when the experience started down hill. My driver was held there for almost an hour cause this place was clueless what to do. Megan Shaw really knows her tractors, skid steer, other implements. She is exceptional in the knowledge of these items. Trustworthy, and very nice on top of that. Not a pushy salespersons and will give you other options on purchasing equipment, such as financing, etc. Do not hesitate to buy from here!
