HR needs to step up their game. Need to do more drug tests. They also need to really evaluate who they move to leadership positions. Lots of nepotism. Everything else is good. How you gonna have supervisors doing the work for some people and not call it nepotism? Also you know it's not a good sign when employees don't go to HR because they are afraid of some petty supervisor retaliating.
