New Song is absolutely top notch. We were staying in Williamsburg over the 4th and needed help with our AC unit. Shannon and Renee were very thorough and friendly. They definitely helped us out. They are an absolute blessing to have gotten to meet. Would highly recommend them for RV repairs. Thank you yet again!
Fantastic service. If I could give a 6 out of 5 I would. We arrived at the Yogi Bear campground in a trailer with an AC that didn’t work. I got their card at the front office, texted them at 9:30. They arrived at 10:00 to test the AC and diagnosed it. They found a replacement unit in town while we were at water country USA water park. They installed it at 5:30. And we had fun conversations the whole time. Great people and great service.
This company is hands down the absolute kindest people and they go over and beyond to help you. They do not stop until it is figured out. If you need a honest rv tech I highly recommend this company for all rv repairs.they are a mobile service and will come straight to you.
Shower drain came apart they came and found the problem after hours back the following morning and had it repaired in two hours. Great service and price. Very friendly and professional
I highly recommend New Song Mobile RV Services for not only making repairs but also servicing your camper/travel trailer/RV/motor home. They were able to come out quickly (Yes! They will come to you!) to repair my refrigerator and gave some great advice for stuff my husband can do for the upkeep as well. They live full time in and travel around in their bus they turned into an RV and minister as well; I love that they're Christians. They were so kind and prayed with me before they left.
