I have been receiving treatment at New Solutions for about 5/6 years now and Doctor Kary Krochko is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is not only great at her job, but is truly caring and considerate of all of her patient's needs. She goes above and beyond to help those that are seen by her and every month it almost feels like checking in with a good friend, because she recalls personal details of your life and shows genuine interest in how her patients are feeling, both physically and mentally. Took me 4 weeks to collect all requests information that this establishment demanded. I had 7 different surgeries. 4 weeks to finally get my first appointment, calling once a week and each week they had a different excuse on medical information that I already provided them. No Doctors on their staff, only APRN's per Rosa their manager. Total unprofessional and provided absolutely no help for my medical requirements.
