I booked a vacation for this summer. I was just informed the condo is not available. The owners knew at the time of booking that it wasn't available for those days. A choice was made not to let me know for weeks after confirming the booking and making the initial payment. This is the condo information. Win-San C-208 Ocean-View 2 Bed/ 2 Bath Townhouse. Stay away from New Smyrna Vacation Condos and Win-San.
We spend six months in Florida each winter. Our experience with New Smyrna Vacation Condos has been just wonderful. Both Jenn and Tara have been so helpful in finding a condo and then making sure that the accommodations were just what we were looking for. Jenn checked in with us numerous times to make sure everything was working out. They make check-in and check-out very easy as well. The rental team at New Smyrna Vacation Condos is top notch! Tara, Jen and their team go above and beyond our expectations. When ever I call with a problem or request, they are quick to get back to me (even after hours and on the weekends). I can always count on them to assist with anything I ask of them! They are a super team!
We have been using Vacation Rentals for years and have never had an issue with them. If anything they have always responded quickly to any questions or problems we might have and are always willing to help us with vendors, etc
The first thing I noticed pulling into the condo parking lot was the peace and quiet. It had a tranquil feeling of part beach and part woods. Upon entering the condo unit I was happy to see it was very clean and had a super cute beach vibe. The bed and lines were clean and comfortable. The shower had nice water pressure and the a/c worked well. The kitchen was nice but no cooking for us as the surrounding restaurants were all delicious.
