We had a great stay in New Smyrna. Booked this condo super last minute and they were able to accommodate. Great quiet location, short walk to the beach and a few minute drive into town. Condo itself was super clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities, games and beach items. Would highly recommend!

The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Everything was well-organized, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.
I booked a vacation for this summer. I was just informed the condo is not available. The owners knew at the time of booking that it wasn't available for those days. A choice was made not to let me know for weeks after confirming the booking and making the initial payment. This is the condo information. Win-San C-208 Ocean-View 2 Bed/ 2 Bath Townhouse. Stay away from New Smyrna Vacation Condos and Win-San.
