When I called in about a problem, Tom, a service employee was extremely rude. I then asked to speak to his supervisor in which he gave me a phone number. Well, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. I the called the service manager Bruce, who was extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t give me information as to who is his boss. My warranty to my Ram 1500 w/only 32k miles went out less then one month ago and I was trying to see if they could at least tell me what’s wrong and honor it still by diagnosing it. Overpriced labor and poor service. They failed to order a part for a well-known warranty issue and tried to charge for unnecessary diagnostics. I’d rather support an honest shop even if it costs more than deal with this lack of transparency. Do better.
