My Aunt and I have both gotten 2 massages here and both times we had wonderful massages. I’ve gotten both deep tissue and a relaxation massage with Liz and both times the massage was exactly what I needed. I had long lasting benefits from both my massages. We will definitely be back!

Liz is the BEST! I’ve seen several massage therapists since moving back to NSB and she was hands down what I needed. Whether you need to relax, have an injury or problem area that needs treatment, she is the massage therapist to see.
Liz is a life (and neck and back and hips) saver! My husband and I have been seeing her for years for athletic related injuries/recovery but most recently she helped me through a physically challenging pregnancy-- keeping me mobile (and sane) through it! She is a wonderful therapist, truly knowledgeable in her craft and flexible to accomodate individual needs (and schedules)! You need her in your life!
