Chase at NSB Chevy was absolutely wonderful to work with. We weren’t quite ready to buy, but he still took the time to show us multiple vehicles. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He followed up with sending all the window stickers for each of the vehicles so that we could compare and offered to answer any questions we have in the future. Highly recommended working with this young man.
If I could give a ZERO ( 0 ) in stars I would !! I’m a single father with a 3 month old baby , and have my 80 year old father living with me that I take care of . I purchased a new Chevy for reliability and customer service and they failed on both !!!! I had a flat tire on Friday and here I sit still Tuesday with no vehicle still !! No courtesy vehicle , no updates or communication that anyone cares at all !!
