My truck sat a different local dealer for over a week was not touched with a warranty issue. Called NSB Chevrolet and spoke to them and they said get it over asap. From the time I pulled in until I left everyone was amazing and my truck was fixed within three hours. While I waited I was able to work and have a snack. Truly was a five star experience.
Kitty Barre and Jeff Keil are great service managers. They don't insist on repairs that are not necessary or urgent. Waiting time is usually kept to a minimum.
Jeff Kiel was great, thorough, and got me in an out very quickly. Thank you Jeff!
The service department is good about explaining what is needed. JM is an excellent intake person He is organized and explains the service.
