Brought my stepdaughter for wisdom teeth extraction consultation. Staff was amazing, personable, and all around awesome. Answered any questions I had and was able to schedule extraction in Greensburg office which is much closer to home for us!
Dr McCloy was absolutely outstanding! He put an implant in my maxilla and handled a slight adverse hiccup with a swift response (Returned my call within 10 minutes on a Friday night!) He put me at ease and everything was addressed on Monday by my general dentist. I think he called him to make sure everyone was on the same page. There is no other oral surgeon in my book!
I have unfortunately and quite unexpectedly required significant dental work in the last several months, so I have been to many mouth specialists 😔. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the incredible staff at this facility. From the receptionist to the dental assistants to the physicians themselves this is one of the most impressive medical facilities I've ever been to. I had a unique situation that left me without enough bone to support any type of implant after I had two teeth extracted. Dr. McCloy was able to reconstruct the area with extensive grafting and successfully placed the implant after nobody else could. He is exceptional at what he does and the entire experience was excellent. All of the staff is very nice, efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process.
