From my experience, some staff at the reception and on the phone deal with patients with a condescending attitude and a very selective approach. I don’t know what I did to deserve such dismissive behavior. Sometimes receptionists make up their own imaginary policies or rules just to brush off enquiries from visitors and avoid dealing with the matter because they don’t want to or don’t have the time.
Rang doctors I was told a link would be sent to my phone no link after 2 days. Rang back up told it was a glitch this is peoples lives you are dealing with. They should have rang me has I’m in pain receptionist not at all nice they need people skills. Now decided to leave the practice.
Just came in and was treated very badly. She was trying to cancel my appointment just because the address wasn’t updated which never happened to me in any other medical practice.
