The doctor was exceptionally helpful. Not only did she exam me thoroughly but she was extremely pleasant in how she explained to proceed with my care. She made me feel much better.
Visiting Dr Alam’s office as a new patient was the best intake I’ve ever experienced as a patient wearing glasses the last 28 years. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She was able to get my insurance issue with another clinic resolved before I walked into my appointment; which I made only 45 minutes beforehand! The review is 5 Stars because: -Dr alam’s bedside manner is fantastic and she went to the trouble of carefully explaining from an expert’s POV what is occurring with my astigmatism and nearsightedness. ... read more
I absolutely love Dr. Alam! I have been her patient for over 10 years now and her quality of care has been impeccable! She is the sweetest and most caring optometrist I’ve ever been to! She’s amazing at explaining my situation and describing the options I have available to me! I always recommend her to anyone that ever asks me for an optometrist!
