Directly across from where the ferry drops you off. We had room 3 it was clean and perfect for our short stay. The roof top deck is right next to it. The view out of the window is the ocean and ferry dock so that was nice. The a/c is just a portable tat they put in the room and it kept it very cool which was great.

For what you get it's a great price and location, just a basic room. With a great view in front and the balcony is a perfect way to relax.

Highly recommend this places. Conveniently located right across from the ferry in the heart of the town. Staff was super friendly and gave recommendations for where to go/eat on the island. Great location, clean rooms, great value!

Went to Block Island for a little weekend trip and stayed at this hotel. Had a great location in the middle of everything and conveniently in front of the ferry dock. The rooms were clean, had the view of the water, and the front desk was super helpful with suggestions of what to do on the island. Overall great experience! Recommend getting mopeds from the hotel to get around the island. Soo fun!

We stayed in room #15 for a wedding and it had everything you could want for a few nights' stay. It was clean, central, and BEAUTIFUL! What a joy to get to look out and see the ferry and the sea. There's even a beautiful deck to look out at the ferry coming in. If you have trouble with mobility the stairs to the upper levels might be challenging (quite steep). You might also have some trouble if you're sensitive to light at night, the shades work well but the Ferry lights are bright! I would stay there again in a second!
