This was the first time I had ever taken my car to be professionally detailed. The detailing work itself was good. Unfortunately, the way a small concern was handled has left me questioning how a more serious issue would be addressed. After my vehicle was cleaned, the black lug-bolt covers were missing from one wheel and put into my personal items box, all but one (the lock nut cover). Quality work from honest people. I have been there once for an interior detail and once for an exterior paint service. Both times I have been very happy with what they’ve done.
