Very thankful for this storage! I had an aggravating issue with another local company and couldn’t access my storage on the day I needed to move in. I called New Shackle, literally last minute, and told the representative that I needed a storage unit and I needed to move in within the next 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes, she had me in a unit that was perfect for my needs. The business/grounds/units are VERY clean and secure. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable—taking the time to answer all of my questions about my unit and lease without making me feel rushed.
