The nurses and ancillary staff are amazing. However the program director, Jessica, has completely ruined the program. She applies what she called “courtesy rules” to certain patients that are not actual rules, yet does not show any common courtesy to anyone. She has an attitude problem like no other. New administration is heavily lacking - applying arbitrary rules to an established handbook for stages of success is not a definable strategy of success for their position and patients. Monica, previous admin led a better facility here.
I absolutely love this place and the help they are giving me and changing my life for the bettter I feel so much better that I'm not doing what I use to do and also overdosing a handful of times and I can't do that to my kids and the people who love me thanks new seasons you guys are the best ...really a god send no cap...

The PD, Jessica treats patients like they are the # their case is assigned as. She obviously doesn't like people who are considered substance abusers and thinks her power/authority of her position grants her the right to treat her patients as subjects who are below her. Last time, I was eligible for take homes according to the nurse who doses me and I went In to get said take homes. She told me I wasnt eligible.
