Help me get through my hardest point in my life. Nurse staff is not there for just a check they actually want you to succeed. Always there to answer questions. The head nurse Chandra is amazing at her job. And counselors like Chrissy go beyond there roles. Without out there support wouldn’t know where I would be right now. If I can give them more 5 stars I would. Thanks again to all of the staff at st Pete metro
The nurses and ancillary staff are amazing. However the program director, Jessica, has completely ruined the program. She applies what she called “courtesy rules” to certain patients that are not actual rules, yet does not show any common courtesy to anyone. She has an attitude problem like no other. She’s so bad that it’s a regular occurrence for the patients to talk about how horrible she is in the waiting room, and to storm out of the office swearing and being incredibly angry due to her incompetence. New administration is heavily lacking - applying arbitrary rules to an established handbook for stages of success is not a definable strategy of success for their position and patients. Monica, previous admin led a better facility here.
I absolutely love this place and the help they are giving me and changing my life for the bettter I feel so much better that I'm not doing what I use to do and also overdosing a handful of times and I can't do that to my kids and the people who love me thanks new seasons you guys are the best ...really a god send no cap...
