Long story short but I was first dosing and then ended up switching from the other methadone clinic to here (other one was horrible) let me tell you this place is TOP NOTCH. They actually care about your recovery and will work with you if you are having issues with payments or anything that is holding you back from getting your methadone. My daughter is a patient here and she had some issues with her treatment including her medication that is currently keeping her SOBER. My daughter has a hard time speaking up and communicating her feelings. When I went in to try to help her get this sorted out I realized that the new director is a young lady name lauren who was also one of the therapist at my daughters previous treatment center. Hi my name is Timothy, I have been going to new season for three years. I have seen many changes most all for the good. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. If you know someone who is struggling with addiction, I would definitely recommend new season treatment center. The staff really go's the extra mile. Truly kind and committed too help you with your addiction. I can't say enough good things I would have overdose and Die if not for this program. Thank you all at new season for a new life.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Methadone was the worst choice I made in my recovery, I used it as I should though, and tapered down after 7 years - the staff here is seriously a joke!!!!! The counselors are straight up rude and have no compassion for others. They don't really care if you are doing well. Constantly going thru employees, they clearly all hate their jobs. I really liked Cindy, until she was down right rude to me. If you are thinking about methadone as an option, please reconsider because it truly sucks 💯
