I feel like I am part of the New Season Family! I have been coming to New Season off & on for 15 years. With that being said, I have been to 4 different clinics in the past. And, I would say that as long as you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, then you will have no worries! Sarasota is the better clinic, due to the most awesome doctor! She really helped me get off of my benzo's, and I have been doing amazing ever since. I really miss all the staff!!! But now that I reside in Bradenton, I go to the New Season here... read more
Unprofessionally ran. Counseler meetings not properly saved/accounted for. Therefore you have to do the same appointment a couple times. They lie and say they are going to do stuff. But don’t follow through. I would suggest a different place until they can get their system and staff on the same page!!!
Initially switching from another location I did like this location alot better as i felt in the beginning it seemed that they APPEARED to be alot more involved than the previous location. Now fast forwarding to 2yrs of being at the Sarasota location. I can say that there seems to be alot of unorganization within the “office/location” itself .. it is very clear that this companies intention is to keep you on the medication, possibly even up your dosage to “help” you. Ms. Alaina is amazing! Not only does she provide a safe space where I know I can always go and share absolutely anything without judgement, she is also wonderful with my daughter when she is with me. She turned what used to be a scary place to her into some where she no longer afraid to go! Ms.Alaina is truly an invaluable resource and counselor at this location!
