The current intake coordinator and head nurse make the intake process uncomfortable, embarrassing,confusing and painful. I arrived at 0500 requesting to do an intake. I was talked into doing guest dosing instead, told this would be the fastest way to get my dose after not receiving my medicine for 4 days. It's crazy to me that they are actively fighting the court system to make sure that they make Kratom illegal. In Sarasota, Florida is ranked number two for highest fentanyl use and deaths. And those numbers have gone down a lot, only because of Kratom not because of these clinics, not because of anything else, but because of Kratom. And they want to attack it and make it illegal in Sarasota, Florida. It's just wild to me, and people need to pick up on this. UPDATE : 3/24/26. Stan from new seasons contacted me after this post and apologized for the confusion and straightened everything out within a day. The program director and the counselors at the Sarasota New season treatment center very helpful and very pleasant I have one Problem I had to pay out-of-pocket for my first three dosing because I was told by Elise that she wasn’t sure Medicare will pay even though they accepted Medicare, Well Medicare paid them and and this person Elise will not return my phone calls so I don’t ... read more
