Iv never failed a drug screen or missed a bottle check in 7 years. . I had pneumonia as i have copd and emphysema so i get it really bad once a year and it can last weeks. I was so sick my daughter was handling calls bills. I was in the hospral a couple times during this. At some point they called for a bottle check. I didnt know. My daughter doesnt remember a call. The staff, especially in the Phone Line its so cold and puts you on hold like for 30 minutes!!
My Dad had an appointment today at 10am. I received an email confirming that was the correct time I had made it. He got there and they said they were closed. And the next appointment is at 5am. It's very frustrating as we had given all his personal information the day before. It was also a total dump. I don't recommend this place. If takes people a lot to call and go to these places. It's very unacceptable!
Absolutely deplorable. Should NOT be licensed to dispense ANY medication esp scheduled meds. They’ve been continuously out of compliance. The staff is inefficient, ill informed, cold, and not qualified for their respective positions. The two “directors” are the worst…constant scapegoating, blame shifting, and pretending they’re always within their rights with no regard for clients or their own “patient rights” and their “code of ethics for professional staff” they have displayed immediately upon entry.
