I have been going to this clinic for over a year now. I have always kept great communication with the entire staff. I don’t have insurance and have always made it my duty to pay the fee required EVERY DAY as I am a self pay patient. I made my daily payment and was denied my dose due to being off with $2 which is was going to pay at the moment I just needed to use a different payment method, despite the director Stephen allowing me to dose in the past as long as I make the payment at a later time. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD GO ANY WHERE BUT HERE!! And, here’s why…. I’ve been going here for a while now. It’s really gotten bad the past few months. Ever since my counselor supposedly got a raise she has turned into a very argumentative and degrading person. I’ve only had a handful of counselors because they don’t stick around long enough, they leave often.But, I have NEVER been so humiliated and wanted to change counselors as I want to now. she refuses to help me get to the bottom of an issue. This clinic takes 1 hour minimum to dose, and I could never understand why they built two clinics in Ocala right next door to each other and neither of the clinics were busy. However this clinic is always packed, counselors overbooked and overworked.
