I was a patient at this clinic for less than one week, during which time I experienced serious issues related to patient communication, staff conduct, and overall clinic operations. Although my counselor, one assisting staff member, and the director were professional, I encountered behavior from another employee that was dismissive and disrespectful enough to make me discontinue treatment. I have been going to this clinic for over a year now. I have always kept great communication with the entire staff. I don’t have insurance and have always made it my duty to pay the fee required EVERY DAY as I am a self pay patient. I made my daily payment and was denied my dose due to being off with $2 which is was going to pay at the moment I just needed to use a different payment method, despite the director Stephen allowing me to dose in the past as long as I make the payment at a later time.
