I wan’t to be clear that the 1 star is because it seems that the practices at this particular clinic by Dr.Bircham seem to be punitive to all of the people who have reached phases and have no regard for the fact that as you regain your sobriety and life back. This is a wonderful, caring clinic! Steve, the director is great! He is also efficient, helpful and respectful. He has an important job and it isn't easy! All of the nurses are kind and really go out of their way to help me with whatever I need! My counselor, Nikiya Golden is great at her job. She never comes down on me and talks to me about my day to day life which lets me know she cares! She is an asset to New Seasons and I feel blessed to have her as my counselor! I really love my clinic and I don't want to leave so to an... read more

Due to the volume of clients that participate in the program , there should be more than 2-3 nurses dosing the patients. It defeats the purpose of eleven stations I. A building and not utilized appropriately. It takes an average of one hour to one half hour to get dose. I believe this is a complete violation / non compliance to the code of federal regulations. Someone needs to evaluate the delay .
