Staff are liars and are unsympathetic. They tell you one thing then go back on it. Too them it’s just a money grab. But they don’t care about your physical well being what so ever. They will instruct you to withdraw off your 24mg suboxen by stop taking it and then tell you to come back in 5 days to get dosed, and then proceed to tell you oh we are not gonna dose you, your script is still active. Staff has not been here when they open at 5am. They leave a single nurse to deal with the mess. Trying to get to work early & manage this place in the morning is terrible.
New Season on mentor ave is one of the best places I’ve ever been to from the caring and loving staff to the great counselors they have here at new season. Honestly this isn’t like any other place I’ve been to or tried, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, after cares, I’ve done a lot of in patient and out patient treatment and honestly at new season this is the first clinic where the people actually seem to care about you and treat you with respect that you deserve.
