This place used to be very good to getting help for opioid addiction. The staff use to be very professional and polite. But that’s not the case anymore. Now you can hear done of the staff talking about patients. The receptionist is incompetent (she also likes to talk about others.) A patient seems to have urinary incontinente problems and I’ve seen the receptionist pull out the odor spray every time that person comes in for her dose, that doesn’t look very professional; I consider it disrespectful.One of the counselors also ... read more
If you work a full time job, just go to a doctor! They caused me to lose a really good paying job, because instead of just believing I work a full time job, they called my boss to confirm, and because he didn't know I was an addict, I was terminated after the confirmation phone call! Then they cut me down again, because they said I missed another call, yet I had no missed calls or voicemails! So today I go to the door at 7:59 am, they close at 8:00 am! So there is no wonder this place has a 3.9 rating because their service is terrible and they have the biggest turnover rate when it comes to counselors and staff. I am a patient at this facility and have been for five years and have slowly watched it go downhill ever since they opened up in gastonia. This is my second review because I wanted to let others know about my 5 year experience at this treatment center! They were supposed to give my husband and I a month take home about 6 months ago, two different doctors approved mine, and my husband was approved by one! We kept asking, and kept asking, and kept asking, but really no one knew anything! I don't know why Google doesn't give the option for zero stars, because they don't even deserve one! I have been coming here for over 5 years, I have never failed a drug test, never missed a day, always followed the rules, and did what I was supposed to do to maintain my sobriety! With all that being said, this place has the highest employee turnover rate, I've ever seen anywhere in my entire life!
