This place is a joke anymore. Nobody knows what’s going on. The rules are constantly changing and the clients arent notified of these new rules until they unknowingly don’t comply. Counselors will say one thing and then Penny will say another. They make it nearly impossible for you to progress in the program. I’ve been there for years with clean drug screens and only have 2 takehomes a week. New clients who test positive for substances every month receive 1 takehome a week. The director of this facility don't what her problem is with me but she used to always be nice and helpful but I recently lost my insurance and I went in to dose on saturday and get my take home for sunday but that all changed once she learned I did not have insurance I have been in contact with the new seasons corporate office they finally managed to get insurance but it will not be active till march 1st 2026. I went in to get my meds on Saturday and penny put a block on me to where I couldn't get my meds saturday 2/7/2026 ... read more
Hi....I'm kinda new here.... been here for about 6 months and is my first time at any treatment center so I can't compare it to others like Tampa, etcetera.I can speak on this one in Brandon as being very nice and accommodating.All the staff , including Penny,have treated me very fair and very feel welcome.My counselor is great,hell...they r all great...I enjoy group meetings with teesha,Amy,and Claudia and saying hello and chatting with Jamie as well...Penny has always been firm but FAIR and always pleasant to me....
I’ve been a patient here for years. I’m talking since Tampa metro days. The nurses are amazing. My counselor Amy is amazing. I’ve known Tesia since she was at the Tampa location and she needs a promotion! She’s great with everyone super easy to talk to. I have to be honest Penny is a complete nightmare to deal with. In 15 years I’ve never had a complaint about anyone until now. I’ve seen a lot of people on here say the only people who have issues with her are the ones that don’t follow the rules.
