Just want to inform the owners and whoever else that you have a patient by the name of Justin. Short guy from the Bronx. Drives a silver dodge caliber and typically picks up on Fridays. He is selling his takehomes in the parking lot. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Having someone deal in the parking lot is detrimental to some people’s sobriety. Please look into this matter further.

I’ve been a patient at 3 treatment centers in the area. This location is by far the best. And the staff (counselors, nurses, program director, doctors) truly cares about the patients recovery. Whether I’m talking about my treatment or the policies/procedures of the clinic I’ve never had a program director with whom I’ve felt so comfortable. Penny is so helpful. I understand that methadone clinics must follow safety protocols, and I respect the importance of patient safety. However, my recent experience here left me feeling unfairly judged and extremely disappointed. I drove from Plant City to this clinic while seriously ill after dealing with what appeared to be food poisoning for two days, including vomiting, diarrhea, and severe nausea. This place has been great. They really care about people’s recovery. They take the time to listen to what people have to say. They care about people‘s feelings. All of the counselors are great. I couldn’t say That they could have a better program director than Miss Penny she’s so awesome and for anybody who thinks anything differently well you don’t wanna know what I wanna tell you, but if anybody thinks anything differently than that, then they’re going to the wrong place cause this place is wonderful.
