I understand that methadone clinics must follow safety protocols, and I respect the importance of patient safety. This place has been great. They really care about people’s recovery. They take the time to listen to what people have to say. They care about people‘s feelings. All of the counselors are great. I couldn’t say That they could have a better program director than Miss Penny she’s so awesome and for anybody who thinks anything differently well you don’t wanna know what I wanna tell you, but if anybody thinks anything differently than that, then they’re going to the wrong place cause this place is wonderful. Fantastic outpatient clinic! I have been going for the past five years or so. I adore Mrs. Tisha, my counselor. If you need assistance or are having difficulties, they are available to you around-the-clock. The program director, Mrs. Penny, is so amazing that I can't forget her. Almost any issue you have can be resolved by her. I'm in school, have my ged, and am getting ready to start college for my LPN/CNA and then bridge over to RN. This is Heather Dubois , this place shows favoritism, u can’t defend yourself when being threatened without being written up or threatened to be kicked out the clinic. Even after they can clearly look at camera footage to c what took place . I was told to come back in on Monday to talk to penny to c if I’m going to be kicked out or not , and I’m here to tell u if I do, I’m contacting a lawyer.
