New Scotland Tile was hired to do a new tile floor for my home kitchen ,laundry room and bathroom….that is where the nightmare started. Tiles were 12” square and this was a new tile job over a new floor. The end view of the finished product was beautiful but soon turned VERY ugly. Grout started to loosen and pop up,tiles started to rock in place….total disaster.
