This place is a really wonderful place! The Nurses and Nursing Assistants are amazing and were so helpful. All the stuff in Sans Souci is really good at that they do. Anyone that needs help to rehabilitate should come here. The doctor makes his rounds every day to make sure that everyone is ok. The concierge is always hwlping with whatever we need. I loved my stay here!
My mother had a fistula and was not cleaned properly. She developed a UTI that went into sepsis. She died.
I had a great experience here. If not for the staff here I would have gone nuts after my procedure. The staff here gave me hope. Fifi, Jennifer and all the rest of the nursing staff are amazing. Mari and Marisol from reception were fantastic and danerika helped me with all my appointments.
Great experience. Treated my father right.
I was pleased with the services at San Souci. Desmond (Social Services) and Yousef (Facility Manager) were always helpful when any requests were needed.
