We celebrated my Grandmothers 95th birthday and I want to give a special shout out to Omar (Director of Recreation). He helped with setting up , during the party- checking in to see if we needed anything and even after. The experience made everyone feel like we were actually having a family celebration and not that we were in a “nursing home” environment. Thank you Omar!
Had a wonderful experience with family at San Souchi, staff was great too.
Food is not the best but my stay have been comfortable. The rehab department have helped me gain my strength back they always encourage me during our sessions. The nursing staff are attentive and are always ready to assist me with my needs. My nurse on the 3rd floor is always ready to assist me with my concerns, no matter how hectic the floor is, she is still smiling. Christine my therapist is amazing, she helps me a lot.
Sans Souci is a facility in the midst of north west area of yonkers, i was a resident here because of a wound. It was necessary for me to learn the financial requirements that I was responsible for. The help and information I needed to know regarding my insurance and coverage. I have had many experiences with rehabs and nursing facilities and find that Sans Souci is above the rest. The staff whom have been working with Joseph NcCarthy have been kind and caring. Josepf always is always welcoming and Bernice is very helpful and knowledgeable. Assoumana works personkky with Joseph and treats him very nicely and is gentle and caring. He has a lot of patience.
