I am a NHS patient and as usual found all staff I met to be helpful and caring. My dentist Dr Claire extracted my two last top teeth painlessly and was extremely caring. I would thoroughly recommend this practiice.
Awful. First they charged money to register as an NHS patient. Then it was close to a year of waiting for an appointment. The standard of care that my partner received was disgusting. They offered ZERO numbing for a filling and left my partner in extremely pain and headaches for weeks. They also NEVER even cleaned out the tooth before they filled it, and said that this was just a temporary fix but there is literally 8 MONTHS more to wait for further treatment. Got a wisdom tooth out today and Claire my dentist was great and really put me at ease as it was a big appointment for me lol
Been waiting an hour on phone line ! Surely if work load halved ie appointments now annually instead 6months , shouldn’t be so busy ?
Absolute disgrace, filled out registration forms 8 months ago and was told I would be contacted when I was processed to make an appointment. Went in today to be informed that waiting list is now closed and no more new NHS patients will be taken ,when I said I had already registered I was informed that did not matter and list is closed. They are still advertising for new NHS patients. Unsurprisingly I can make a private appointment if I want ,strangely enough this is the last dentist I would consider for that.
