Absolute disgrace, filled out registration forms 8 months ago and was told I would be contacted when I was processed to make an appointment. Went in today to be informed that waiting list is now closed and no more new NHS patients will be taken ,when I said I had already registered I was informed that did not matter and list is closed. They are still advertising for new NHS patients. Unsurprisingly I can make a private appointment if I want ,strangely enough this is the last dentist I would consider for that.
This dentist is very poor for answering their phones! I've been on the phone for 20 minutes and all I'm getting is music & the ringing tone, no one is answering
Caroline recently did two fillings for me, very swiftly and without pain, been three weeks now and no issues
Superb practice where the staff are 1st class and the treatments are very fairly priced. Huge shout to Keira and co for the great team of staff that help keep the standards high.
