Dr. Parker was fantastic! He was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made my child feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office is clean and very kid-friendly. We had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Parker and New Roots Pediatric Dentistry to any family looking for an excellent pediatric dentist.
Dr. Parker is an amazing dentist and has clearly found his calling. The whole office was kind and patient. They go above and beyond to make you and your children feel comfortable. Dr. Parker is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. If you are on the crunchy side this is your place! They are not pushy with X-rays or fluoride. I grew up loving going to the dentist. In Austin I haven’t found a place for my kids to grow into having the same experience, until now. Had the first appointment for my son, who at the previous dentist was screaming and struggling for an exam. The demeanor of the staff was warm, welcoming, and encouraging. My two year old and I had the best dental experience with Dr Parker! He is smart, kind, warm, and patient. He made my son feel so comfortable and brave. His office is welcoming, beautiful, clean, and kid friendly. I also love the folder, information, and stickers he sent home with us. I highly recommend New Roots.
