Walked in at 6:55 with my boy and I. 2 barbers cleaning up and said they had appts…. Ended up waiting another 25 min for a third barber to come out and say no one is available can you come back tomorrow? Yet the whole shop is empty… The first 2 guys with “appts” probably already went home They should change hours to close at 7pm smh
Extremely disappointed with my experience with O’Neal. We spoke beforehand and agreed on a time. He told me he had someone at 3:30, so I arrived around 4:15 expecting to be next or at least seen close to the time we discussed. At around 4:40, O’Neal seated another customer ahead of me. When I asked him about it, he explained that the person he was cutting before had been running behind and that the customer he just seated was actually ahead of me. Definitely coming back, walked in first time went to a young barber named Nas and he definitely did a great job!
Very worst experience. I went for head shave and beard shave, but the barber was extremely rough and careless. He did the shaving very hard and aggressively, causing multiple cuts, red spots, irritation, and razor burns all over my scalp and neck. My skin was perfectly fine before, but after the shave it became painful and uncomfortable. The barber didn’t seem professional at all and had no proper care while shaving. It felt rushed and unsafe.
