Had a problem of my generator running when I still had power. Called the office at noon on Friday and had a repair man at my home within an hour. Fully repaired by dinner time!!! Thank you!
Very professional
Today I had to call Genset for the 2nd time after discovering an odor of gas coming from the generator. There's no way after the first call that they should have left here without double checking everything. From the moment the contract was signed, I've regretted giving them my business. The entire process has been, as nicely as I can put it, a circus.
Charged me over $200 just to tell me they don't work on my unit. What a rip off! ((Called hmc generator within just a minute they determined that it was a bad voltage regulator, changed it, boom. Back in business!)) Genset told me I needed to buy a new generator. I feel that this was an intentional lie. Bad business!
