The New Roads program was extremely helpful for our 18yo child. Both the facility and the staff are excellent. We've worked with lots of programs like this and they were by far the most communicative and also took great strides to ensure our whole family was educated in the basics of DBT. Our loved one made tremendous progress in their five months and really liked it there. We highly recommend and should our child need these types of services again, we will go back to New Roads.

New Roads Behavioral Health is by far one of the most clinically sound and cost effective treatment programs in the country if not the world. As a nonprofit RecoverWisely is always looking for affordable treatment centers with an excellent clinical component. They are extremely hard to find. My husband struggled for many years and attempted treatment with multiple other programs. New Roads is where he got his life back. We are forever grateful for the incredible staff and program that helped him develop the skills to have a meaningful life worth protecting.

One of the worst facilities I’ve been to. This place traumatized me. The worst thing they did was declare they had access to my phone, viewed explicit content of myself I had in my photo gallery without my consent, and then confronted me about it and made me talk about why I think I took explicit content of myself with all of them. I was 19 and it was humiliating. We received little actual therapy there. I only met with a therapist twice in the almost 2 months I was there.
