Don’t buy a car from these cowboys! My friend is still waiting for a refund after they collected a faulty car from her a week ago that she paid £5k for. No one is ever available to speak to. They do nothing but lie. The director Evan Courtney won’t take any calls. The car is now on line for sale again which she called them about and guess what? Wouldn't recommend anyone buying a vehicle here unless you've got a bottomless pit of money. They don't like it when you use their 3 month parts and labour warranty which is not worth the paper it's written on

There’s good reason this bunch of cowboys have the lowest possible rating. They’ll sell you a shed, knowing it’s a shed and then delay giving you your money back as long as they can using every excuse they can think of. If you’ve bought from them over the internet and they’ve charged you a ridiculous amount for delivery, you have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, meaning you can return the shed you’ve bought from John Wayne and co without needing to give a reason and they must refund you, no excuses. No 1 fraud they are , don’t buy a car from there , I brought ford focus cx63 xrm from there on January 27th , I found gear box issues in warranty period but they intentionally lagged service date ,so that warranty time will go off , I didn’t get proper solutions for my problem , at last I lost my money … it was a big story to wrote .
