Very unwelcoming. Would not recommend.
Highly unprofessional administrative handling. My appointment was canceled by the office with one day's notice simply because paperwork had not yet been pre-filled. I called the following morning to reschedule, but my message was ignored. I left a voicemail stating I had never received any paperwork and would be happy to reschedule and ensure the paperwork was completed. I’ve been coming to New River Women’s Health for several years now after a really bad experience elsewhere, and I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the very beginning, they have always treated me with such kindness and go out of their way to make every visit a positive one.
