I scheduled a consult and had to cancel so I called a week before and left a voicemail. I received a no show $35 bill in the mail. I called the office and they were no help at all. I should have known they were shady when I inquired with them multiple times and never received a response until one day I was persistent and finally got to speak with someone. If you have to cancel, I highly advise sending a follow up email or requesting a cancellation confirmation.

I’ve been coming to New River Women’s Health for several years now after a really bad experience elsewhere, and I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the very beginning, they have always treated me with such kindness and go out of their way to make every visit a positive one. I decided to stop seeing Dr. Campbell due to the excessive, unnecessary issues I experienced with her staff. Almost every time I needed a refill for the hormone replacement therapy patch (I had a complete hysterectomy in 2005) there was an issue. Whether it was trying to get a 90 day prescription, as my insurance provider requires for maintenance medications, or having a mammogram done, which I take care of, plus it wasn't due for over month at the time I last spoke with her staff. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Campbell and her staff. Dr. Campbell delivered my oldest child almost 19 years ago and I still see her. I have confidence and trust in her like no other.
