Friendly knowledgeable staff. No pressure on extra services
I wish you could rate a 0 because this is what this veterinarian only deserves. Recently my 84 year old mother had to have her beloved friend put to sleep. She has been with New River Veterinary for over 20+ years. She has had at least 10 of her dogs put to sleep with this vet and has always given instruction that she wanted cremation and the ashes returned to her. Our family has been a client of the Vet for 20+ years. The service has really taken a downward spiral as of late. We recently had to put our dog down. My 82 year old mother went in and the paperwork and services were not explained to her correctly. She inadvertently chose the wrong cremation service under guidance from the staff; and now she is left without her beloved dog’s ashes. Im concerned about the Facebook video showing a lady throwing a cat in the air so carelessly. The cat is very obviously in distress while she laughs!! Outrageous
