We pray that no other family has to experience what we did today at New River Valley Emergency Veterinary Services in Radford.We arrived at 3pm with our 16 year old kitty Kiki who had not been able to urinate today.She was taken back and we were left in the waiting room.There were two other families in waiting room when we arrived they both had been there already for about two hours.In about 45 minutes a girl came out with an estimate to get started on tests for Kiki which we agreed to and told her to proceed.We sat and wait... read more
