I was unable to go for an annual wellness visit due to complex medical issues that were being managed by specialists. After explaining why I couldn't come, Dr. Card's office informed me he would no longer be my pcp. They apparently have a made up rule that if you don't go for a yearly wellness visit, Dr. Card can't be your pcp. Medicare doesn't have a yearly doctor visit as a requirement. Absolutely wonderful practice! 10/10 in their organization, communication and friendliness! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, every person showed the utmost care and respect. Office staff, nurses, doctors all went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the care I needed. I am working with the FNP Natasha and cannot sing her and her nurses praises enough! If you’re looking for a PCP that cares about people and smooth processes, this is the one for you!!
All providers are very thorough and take time to listen to all concerns. Professional and compassionate.
I saw a woman dr for urgent care visit, as I was having some symptoms from a cold I had picked up over the weekend, & she was wonderful! I wish I could remember her name but everyone in the building was amazing. I would 100% recommend them & would go back! -kodie
