Was referred by my regular dentist for a root canal. They took x-rays, then told me that it wouldn't do much good, and to see an oral surgeon for an extraction. They told me on the phone that my co-pay was $460.00. I assumed that that was for the root canal! Turns out that the 460 was only for a consultation! They ended up charging me $425.00! They told me that the actual root canal would have been over $2300.00! And that would have been on a second visit! Had I known that the first visit was only a consultation, I would nev... read more
For someone who has big feelings about the dentist, this office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The root canal process was quick and painless, Dr. Brofsky was informative and gentle, and his assistant was clearly well trained. 10/10 experience from me!

Loved this place and these people. Helped me greatly when I was in pain by numbing me until they could fit me in the next day.
I was referred by my dentist to NRV FOR A ROOT canal and I was "indirectly scheduled' THREE TIMES. I wasn't even notified any of those three times until they day of as I was driving to the office. Original appointment was in June. After finally getting in, 3 months later, they told me it was too late fpr the tooth was too far gone and would have to be pulled.
