Possible HIPAA violations which I now have to investigate thanks to their incredibly unprofessional and condescending nurse practitioner.
Surprisingly they are opening another office. Hope you get better staff in front office. My husband who is a disabled Veteran was treated very disrespectfully. They covered up a mistake they made by making him or us look stupid. Left that day and never returned.
Dr Gwynn did an excellent job for me with prostate surgery. Staff is outstanding.
The quality of the professionals at New River Urology proves to be, in my opinion, the best. Specifically, Chris Egan is a top notch PA. Beat that there is. Dr. Milhoua's communication skills, in addition to his medical skills and knowledge, set him apart too. I have been going to these guys for years and they stand out. You find out who you trust when you are battling a kidney stone! Hahaha I highly recommend their practice.
