Have not rented from them before but I have had contact with the owners and am extremely impressed with their customer service.
I have never had any problem with the storage unit they help so much so grateful to have them convenient and very respectful !
I’ve had a unit for three years now, and have never had an issue. Site location is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. When I lost the key to my lock, they were there within a half hour to help me cut it off. Great place to store your stuff!
I have had my unit here for a long time. The staff had always been kind and caring. I even got a call once when I accidentally locked my lock, outside of the door handle and drove off. I feel like my items are safe and I appreciate the ease of access when I need to get in and out. 10/10 recommend.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORAGE BUSINESS IN THE AREA! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER…. ONLY OFFICE IS REMOTE AND DO NOT KEEP THEOR WORD WHEN THEY TELL YOU SOMETHING!! DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS I SHALL!!
