Just like everyone else said the old man is something else! Was in there not even 5 minutes and he made me crazy! He talked to me like I was dirt! How anyone would do buisness with an individual like that is beyond me! I will never spend a penny with you guys and everyone I know will be hearing about this!

bought nets from new river nets went home looked in box found out I had wrong nets called them back told them I had gotten wrong nets and I couldn t use them could I return them since they had not been removed from box. I was told no we don t take no nets back. I wanted to trade back for the right nets I paid for and they said no. I feel they knew they gave me the wrong nets they couldn t get rid of them since the law changed on flounder fishing and it was a way to get money for something they couldn t get rid of and I am st... read more

I visited this shop for a new shrimp net. I needed some help with this net. I already had the doors so all i needed was the net and chains. I asked for help, hopefully they would let me use my doors with their nets. I asked them if they would help me set it up...just use my doors when they built the net. It was a flat out no. I even mentioned that I would pay extra for their assistance. needless to say, they let me walk out of there with no nets. They have everything you may need, but the customer assistance sucks.
