Our captain Megan was wonderful. So polite and knowledgeable! Our bus driver James was also very knowledgeable and nice. Would definitely come here again!
Horrendously ran. Waited hours, only to be told to wait some more. Didnt end up doing anything but waste time.
Showed up Friday Oct 11th for boat ride and rudely told by the hotel front desk that they were not doing rides today. Apparently employees didn't show up for work. We called Thursday, the day before, to verify we can just show up tomorrow for a ride. We were visiting UWV, drove 3 hours to the boat ride to be rudely told not running! Very disappointed. The hotels front desk lady needs customers service training. She could careless about us and our situation.

Great way to see the new river and bridge from the water. The shuttle driver and captain of the boat were so accommodating and amazing. Loved the experience.
