I was told I wouldn’t be charged if the root canal wasn’t performed, but I was still billed $300. Additionally, one of the nurses was particularly rude, which made the experience even worse. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

One of the worst health care provider office in town. The reviews are right. Dr decides to not come to work and the office will call you 30 minutes before to cancel. My appointment got rescheduled 3 times. Then I got an appointment that overlapped with my work. I told them I couldn’t make it and needed to reschedule. The staff said it’s not a problem if I can get there 15 minutes late. I had to get a root canal, I called and spoke to Stephanie who was so nice and helpful, she called a few days before my scheduled appointment to let me know how much I would owe after insurance. When I arrived everyone was very polite and no issues. Dr. Steven Brodsky and Dental Assistant Jordan took great care of me. The procedure was quick and seamless. Got a root canal filled by Dr. Brofsky just a couple days ago. I was nervous because I had never had a root canal before. He and his assistant did a wonderful job!! I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure, they made me feel comfortable and at ease, and they were gentle throughout the appointment. I was also sent home with wonderful post care instructions and I experienced minimal soreness after the numbing wore off. Highly recommend!
