I have waited until recently to give this review as I was distraught and busy spending a year fixing the problem created by this office and paying a large sum of money. I was referred to Dr Fessenden by his wife who works for another practice. She had been my dentist for a short period of time. I had some sensitivity under a crown on one tooth for just a little while. I mentioned it to her and she handed me a referral for her husband. You would need to be scheduled for a consultation first and the cost of that is $480.00. If you do in fact need a root canal, you will be scheduled to come back for that and the cost of the root canal is $2,025.00..
I was told I wouldn’t be charged if the root canal wasn’t performed, but I was still billed $300. Additionally, one of the nurses was particularly rude, which made the experience even worse. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place.
One of the worst health care provider office in town. The reviews are right. Dr decides to not come to work and the office will call you 30 minutes before to cancel. My appointment got rescheduled 3 times. Then I got an appointment that overlapped with my work. I told them I couldn’t make it and needed to reschedule. The staff said it’s not a problem if I can get there 15 minutes late. I had to get a root canal, I called and spoke to Stephanie who was so nice and helpful, she called a few days before my scheduled appointment to let me know how much I would owe after insurance. When I arrived everyone was very polite and no issues. Dr. Steven Brodsky and Dental Assistant Jordan took great care of me. The procedure was quick and seamless.
