EDIT Decided I could do better after Doctor asked if I enjoy picking at my face. We were already on the fence after chronic repeated, never-improving billing issues. This is the very last vendor my family uses that's stuck in the 20th century without online bill payment. We have an HSA card and it's impossible to get checks for that account. Unless I specify not to, they repeat back my credit card information on the phone while anyone could be listening.

1. Had one of them check the spots on my skin and was told they all looked okay. A month later a different doctor from the same office told me one of the spots, the one I was concerned about specifically, looked very bad n def needed it removed. (was there for a different reason and the spot looked just as bad, no significant change in appearance over that month) 2. I visited multiple dermatology practices in the area and could not get properly diagnosed. Within one visit with Dr Hurd, I had the correct diagnosis and plan that I needed to get better. If you have a difficult skin issue then just cut to the chase and see Dr Hurd.
