I love Dr. Cat, my hygienist Janelle, and the whole friendly, competent Team. From routine cleanings to installing crowns, I've been pleased and impressed. They are also treating my wife and my daughter and her family. We're happy campers!
I went in to have a broken tooth root pulled. The dentist did not want to pull it. He wanted me to get a bridge to the tune of $10,000. They took x-rays and sent me home. It’s been about a year now and I keep getting billed for services. My insurance company informed me that they never received a bill and that I am not responsible for more than a $10 copay to cover my part of the x-rays. Their billing practices are irresponsible at best. Cannot recommend.
Another great experience at NRDA! My hygienist is very personable and does a very thorough cleaning. My teeth are very sensitive near the gum line and if I experience even the slightest discomfort, she will use another method. So accommodating! The receptionist also took extra time to explain changes that accompany my new insurance so there would be no surprises. I would highly recommend this team for dental care.
Wonderful staff, very professional and knowledgeable, and always friendly and caring. I would highly recommend!
