Erin and the whole team at NRC was such a pleasure to work with. When building a custom home, there are so many details to consider and Erin did an amazing job guiding me through all the options without rushing the process. I had my kitchen completely gutted and was very happy at first with the service and consultation. The delivery however was not as smooth. I had asked questions about a sink because I was trying to get an apron farmhouse sink. I was not sure of the terms being used so I asked specifically about it. There was an explanation but I feel that the communication was not as good as it should have been.
