Because he didn't do the whole job when he was supposed to I had severe water damage to my apartment. The owner told his workers to not do the job properly. When I called him out on it & told him what I knew he smirked & had his workers do the job the right way. If you do not check everything he will do a half ass job.

This company is awesome! I found them through a neighbor and I could see why she would recommend them. First, Mike the owner returned phone calls - all the time. Some in construction do not, so if you are looking to deal with someone who communicated effectively, this is the right company. We asked Mike if he could tell us where some of his old cement work (not from this year) was because we wanted to see if it is durable. He went into his phone and rattled off some addresses.
