Great Spa, Questionable Hair Cutting – I have been going to New Reflections for my brow waxes for over a year now. I highly, highly reccomend Molly. She is by far the best estician I have ever gone to! She always styles my eye brows pefectly while still keeping them natural. Molly is also extremely nice and personable. I love her! Worst Manager experience ever! – They have the best employees in town, and don't know how to treat them! The massages are awesome, and the waxing is perfect! The hair team is wonderful, and they know exactly what they are doing, it's to bad management can't see what a good team they have!
wow i love being tripped over with niceness & professionalism – Well from the first time i called in to book my appt, i know this was going to be different. 1st off when i called to schedule my bikini wax i was greeted with a gentleman's voice, which in a spa just seemed a little odd, but he was very polite and professional and got my services all scheduled in a timely manner. Spa only – You can get a great manicure here. The ped booths are very nice. And the waxing is great. However, I had a very bad hair day here - but I'm sure they have some talent if you can find it. Overall it's a pretty good salon.
WOW! do they know how to rock out great service! – Well, as a recent transplant to MSP, i had to find a new salon/spa to go. Luckily my old stylist recommended NewReflections b/c of the reputation they have and the fact they have been around for like 26 years. From the time i called to schedule my hair appointment with Kristina, to the rockin cut and color she did i was amazed at how great it was. Wonderful friendly and professional service! – The place was beautiful and smelled GREAT! My stylist was very warm and friendly, and offered me a big cup of Aveda tea and a scalp massage prior to having one of the greatest haircuts I've ever gotten. Afterward, she even did a complimentary makeup touch-up. I was really relaxed the whole time, my stylist did a great job, and I left looking and feeling great! Dissapointed... – The place is nice, I was not offered water or anything upon my arrival. I was taken 10 minutes late for my manicure appointment. My manicurist was rude and short with me. She didn't hardly look at me. I had to get up and get my own coat, and get my purse with wet nails. She actually gave me a nice manicure, but she did not offer to help me with my things, and she acted as though I was inconveniencing her.
